定义: Performance of Manufacturing Index ，(PMI) 衡量新西兰制造业景气的指标。在制造业方面，可以分解成5个子指标：生产，就业，新增订单，成品库存，交付。该指数以50为中线，该指数高于50表明扩张，低于50意味着收缩。
注意： 美国和欧元区 "PMI" ，通常指采购经理人指数即Purchasing Managers Index 缩写PMI。而新西兰不同，新西兰制造业表现指数即 Performance of Manufacturing Index，缩写 PMI。
